WebbI found the following very helpful answer on page 3 of the comments that solved my fining issue. I had an awesome garden and didn't know why I was getting fined. Turns out I needed an insect farm, which I never would have added on my own. If you have a house that seems like it should comply with the NAP then I suggest making a report. WebbGreen Gardening: 1 Insect Farm or Bee Box (No plants - nothing else on the lot except the mailbox, but he's happy). Gardening does give influence throughout the week, but it's just the bug-box that the inspector is looking for - of all of them, this is the least helpful description.
