Finally got ITV Hub working by simply connecting my Router to my Humax via an Ethernet lead rather than Wi-Fi ! Got the code straight away and ITV Hub then worked fine. (Now changed connection back to Wi-Fi and still works OK.)

ITVX has a premium service with fewer/no ads, but that's nothing to do with Roku or Fire TV hardware. You're paying your money direct to ITV for that.
