You have to pull the distributor to get that one in. And as far as the one under the intake it is at the back of the motor. I believe the oil pressure relief valve in the block of a 406/427 is the same part as the relief valve in a factory Ford oil pump, except the block valve is a sawed-off version of the pump valve. I believe a pump spring is used in the block, too, but I forget the factory FE pump it was taken from - probably an 390HP or something.
