File explorer freezes when previewing pdf
WebDec 3, 2024 · When opening a PDF file from an email attachment (directly), Outlook freezes (not responding) and needs to be force-closed and re-opened. The same PDF file when opened after saving it to the hard drive causes no problems. The PDF viewer does not matter (tested with Bluebeam, Adobe Reader, PDF Exchange Viewer.
