WebNov 14, 2015 · Check your that your caps lock is off/on.. This happens with Bethesda games. I know I finally switched the walk/run toggle to another key entirely for Skyrim and I think I might do the same here for this game. There's also a bug where sometimes if you do something, the caps toggle will get bugged up, at least thats fixable within the game now. And if you're using some mod to make reloading slower, this bug will instead speed up reload speed to default values. Uninstalling the mods and dlcs doesnt fix the problem. I found a few threads about this saying either "player.setav speedmult ##" or "player.modav speedmult ##" should fix the problem.
