WebI am a bit disappointed... my Eluktronics laptop screen is completely black (although the laptop is working with an external monitor). Very frustrating and the phone support is just an endless loop of "call back later". Very frustrating. I have tried to hard reset the laptop but the LCD screen isn't being recognized. PLEASE HELP!
