Hi, I've got dead by daylight with ps plus on ps4 and while I'm doing the tutorial level for the survivor it gets stuck at the part where the killer drops me and while he is supposed to break the pallet and chase meg he just stands there not breaking the pallet which makes me not able to move, all i can do is crouch.
